Three months from brand identity to launch.

INTERESTING FACTS

At the time, “Kensington” had a bad reputation in Philadelphia and realtors generally tried to shy away from using the name of the neighborhood. I proposed that we embrace the neighborhood name as a way to further the authenticity of the brand.

CHALLENGES

We had a quick timeline to get a lot done, but we did it!
