Parish House

Red Oak Development transformed a 1920’s rectory into five super luxury town homes in Philadelphia’s East Kensington. Each one is architecturally unique and filled with custom built fixtures sourced from reclaimed materials.

To sell the Parish House units, we produced a drone video, interior photography, interior videos, a PPC campaign, geographically targeted social campaigns, and a well-attended, Prohibition-themed event with live music, burlesque dancers, and a horse and buggy.

All five units sold from $550,000- $650,000 in 19125 in a matter of months.
