Sergeant’s Row

Sergeant’s Row is a four condo complex in Philadelphia’s East Kensington neighborhood.

For the project we completed a custom website, video advertisements, promotional print design, a PPC campaign, extensive social media campaigns, exterior signage, a drone video, and an explainer video.

All four Sergeant’s Row buildings were listed at 1.1 million dollars each, and SOLD OUT in under one month, before they were completed.
